Advance Directives:  What You Need To Know.

Advanced directives are documents that tell health care providers who can make decisions for you when you are unable and what your wishes would be at the end of life.

Things you will learn: Who needs one?

What should be included in it?

Do I need a lawyer or notary?

Register at the Welcome Center or call the church office by May 15.
